The Green Bulldogs at home are too much for The Orange Lions, handing them their first loss of the season

The Orange Lions came into Friday nights game prepared for the big Friday night lights, however; they failed to execute in crucial moments of the game. The Green Bulldogs instilled their will on The Lions by beating them 28-6 handing Orange their first loss of the season.
The Orange Lion defense played extremely well throughout the game as Green had only scored 1 time in 6 possessions. But as the game went on, The Orange Lions got wore out up front and by the middle of 3rd quarter, Green starting to lean on The Lions. Orange would finally score their only touchdown of the game late in the 4th quarter when Junior QB Sean Borgman connected with Sophomore WR Marvin Davies from 14 yards. The loss hands The Orange Lions their first loss of the season making them 2-1 on the season.
The Orange Lions (2-1, 0-0) open up CVC play this Friday night when they host the Red Raiders of
Painesville Harvey (1-2, 0-0) in The Lion's Den for Homecoming. This is always an exciting week, so please, get involved in the festivities, and come out to support The Orange Lions as they look to start conference play off strong and with a victory! See you this Friday night at 7pm!
